At SC Beauty Network, we want to provide our customers with the best shopping experience possible. We want to ensure you received your products well in order and offer full refund for items damaged on delivery.

Most items on SC Beauty Network are brand new, although some might have “testers” label or comes without a case. Please read the description of the item and view the images carefully before purchasing. We assure you none of our products were tested or used before.


Step 1: 
Please notify us of a return within 3 days of receiving your item. You can email stating the reason for the return to receive a returns number.

Step 2: 
We will advise you to follow up with images of the products and may or may not instruct for the products be returned to us, before we replace with a new one. We are a marketplace platform, and in most exchange cases we will link you to the supplier or manufacturer of the products to facilitate the exchange.

Step 3: 
We do not offer refund through payment, but instead will replace with a similar product or product of equivalent value.  In some cases, we may direct you to the manufacturer to handle the returns directly.

These above policies only apply to purchases done on-line. We do not accept returns of products purchased during a physical transaction (physical events, open doors or styling sessions). We are committed to compensate for items that is damaged upon delivery. For any other issues, is subject to case to case basis.
